Chef Lin has been the master chef since 1997. He started his tenure from Shun Fung Shan Zhuang, then Shun Fung in Guang Zhou and last appointment at Shun Fung in Beijing, specializing in seafood dishes, before arriving in Perth. Chef Lin is not only high skilled in his cooking but throughout many years of on field engagement, he brought with him the experiences, the know-how and the passion of Chinese cooking to Shun Fung, Perth.
Chef Lin is strong believer that Chinese Cooking is not only an art form but it is also a profound expression of Chinese culture by combining the right ingredients, the passion on cooking and the diligence of dishes presentation. Each component with-hold the highest possible required standards to ensure dining are not only a meal gathering but also a unique way to embrace the rich cultural journey of Chinese Cooking.
